Mass Incarceration Forums/Gallery

Mass Incarceration Forums/Gallery

The United States incarcerates its citizens more than any other country in the world. “Mass incarceration” describes the substantial increase in the number of incarcerated individuals in U.S. prisons over the past 40 years.

What does this mean for believers following a God who redeems and restores? Today’s justice system isn’t designed to restore those who have broken the law. As Christ followers, we’re called to remember those in prison and speak for those who are denied a voice. Attend these forums to learn more about mass incarceration and how we can engage this justice issue at an individual and systemic level. No cost or registration.

We follow a God who redeems and restores, but today’s justice system is not designed to restore those who have broken the law. As Christ followers, we are called to remember those in prison and to speak for those who are denied a voice. With this in mind, Community Outreach is taking a deep dive into the justice issue of mass incarceration.
