From our LifeGroup - Larry Orstad last week received some upsetting news regarding his cancer, treatment status, and a possible major surgery. Please continue to pray for Larry & Nancy and their family as they process this and for his appointment Monday, Aug 10 with a new doctor. Pray for wisdom regarding upcoming decisions and for peace from the Lord. Larry and Nancy are dear believers trusting in the Lord, and would value your prayers.
Our neighbor with advanced cancer is currently in a rehab center. She needs Jesus and has expressed her belief that there is no God, although she has asked for prayer not for herself, but her son who also has cancer. Our prayer is that God would use this time to touch her heart, to keep her safe (from Covid) and to see His gracious hand in her life and to fall in love with HIm.

Lots of strong holds including rejection and failure. Anger and destruction of this temple. The message Sunday was a wake up call. Thank you for your prayers, they are noticed each day.
Please pray for mental clarity, healing and restoration. For myself, but also my family. Also pray for more COMMUNITY. My wife and I have been having a hard time connecting since we moved back here to MN with school and work taking a lot of time. Thank you 🙏🏾 Blessings
Please pray that God would help me through dealing with sickness and other issues. Pray that God would restore hope in me and faith. Finally pray that God would deliver me from depression and help me to continually seek Him.
Yesterday (7/23) Larry and I received your precious note and gift cards; they will be put to good use. We are Thankful for our Father God, NHC, You and all who are praying for us. We feel at Peace and are making a conscious effort to take one day at a time; tomorrow has enough worries of its own. We have our moments when the enemy tries to instill fear in us, but we don't stay there long. Jesus did not say, "you may have trouble," he said, "you will have trouble in this world." We know that Christians suffer in order that they might glorify God in their lives. With God's help, we will come out stronger on the other side of this. We covet your prayers for Larry, me, Kenny and our entire family. Please Pray for our continued desire to draw near to our Lord Jesus Christ, for Peace, Joy and Perseverance during this journey our family is on. In Jesus Name; Amen 🙏
