My husband's sister (and mother of two children) has been in the mental health hospital for the last 4+ weeks. She got discharged today. Please pray for her as we go through the road of recovery, still amid Stay at Home orders, the kids and her husband, and all of us supporting (wisdom, a good plan, follow through and humility on her part to receive the help she needs to manage her mental illness).
My husbands sister is currently hospitalized for an abscess/infection. They have had her on multiple antibiotics over the last several weeks and they can't get it under control. They still don't know what it is, but infectious disease is coming in to consult with her today. She has 4 kids at home whose father passed away in 2017 at the age of 45. She really needs to get healed and get back home with her kids and life. Thank you for all your healing prayers!
My brother Rich is in critical condition in Milwaukee, after complications from surgery. Please pray he would be held by Jesus, and that his family would be drawn to Jesus as they face end of life decisions. Also pray for my sister, who lives in Illinois, and her family who are grieving the death of my brother in law from cancer two weeks ago. It has been extremely difficult not to be together as a family in both of these. Please ask the Holy Spirit to surround my loved ones with His peace and comfort. Thank you
Please pray for my mom, Angie, who is 92 years old. She fell and broke her hip several days ago. She had hip surgery and while the hip is doing fine, she is having worsening of her dementia, and is fearful and restless. Please pray for peace, healing, and just a strong sense of God’s presence in her and all around her. We will need to be moving her to an acute care facility, so also pray for us for wisdom. My mom is bon again. So comforting to all of us! Thank you!
An update on my cousin, Mark, who was in a motorcycle accident Easter weekend...He’s walking! No paralysis!! He is doing well physically. Please hold his mental health in your prayers. He spent the night lying in a drainage ditch. The experience has cause his Gulf War PTSD to resurface. Please also pray for every broken bone—wrists, ankles, ribs, spine and hip—to completely heal. Our God REIGNS!
We need immediate prayer for Loren Westman, who fell on Sunday and sustained some serious injuries. He is currently hospitalized and could use prayer for pain management and healing.
Prayer for my daughter Kerry (shared with her permission. She has an 11:00 meeting today with a VP of her company and someone from personnel (but not her boss). She is 56 and concerned they may let her go since she has longevity and a higher salary than new hires. Pray for her heart, for God's direction and provision.
