Last night (4/19) a very old and dear friend lost his wife. She was visiting their daughter near Fargo and he was here in the Cities at work, so he wasn't even with her. His name is Jeff, their daughter is Heather (she is married with 2 very young kids), their son is Tyler (both kids are in their late 20's), and her name was Sheila. I am heart broken for my friend. I have known he and his family since 1998. They won't be able to do a funeral and there will be expenses with getting the body home for burial. Pray for provision for him, and God's peace and comfort for their family. They don't know actual cause of death yet, either. She was having trouble breathing and lost consciousness as she was going upstairs, and the paramedics were not able to revive her.

As it turns out, I broke my foot last week. Please pray for complete healing and for encouragement for my family. We are thankful and praising God for his provision of meals from friends while I've been off my feet!

Our 13 year old granddaughter has started asking questions about homosexuality. She lives with her custodial parent in another state & doesn't attend church but she accepted Jesus as her Savior 7 years ago. We need prayer and God's wisdom to direct her in His ways.

P,ease continue use to pray for Mark, who was in a motorcycle accident last weekend. He has had multiple surgeries, continues to be in intensive care, has broken all his limbs and multiple fractured vertebrae. He had no head injury (Praise the Lord for answers to prayer) and is cognitively sound. He is in a medically induced coma for the second time since the accident to prevent I’ve Ent and allow healing of the spine. He has no sensation below his chest, it while he was awake Wednesday he had full sensation in his arms and hands and could control their movements. More praise to our Father for that wonderful news.

Please pray that God would continually heal my body from an auto-immune disease and perfect that which concerns me. Also pray that God would give me peace. Finally please pray that God would help me to handle conflict better and not stay angry.

Please pray for our son, Jesse. He has a history of addictions. This past year he has been hospitalized twice for meth. It appears he is using again. His brother is on his way to check on him and see if the police can help in any way, other than a wellness check. Pray for safety for Justin today and that God provides a path for Jesse to get the help he so desperately needs. Thank you.
