Understanding Anxiety

Thursday, May 7, 6:30–8pm, Sandberg Chapel

In observance of National Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a supportive seminar dedicated to understanding and managing anxiety.

Anxiety affects nearly one-third (31%) of all adults in the U.S. Whether you are personally navigating these challenges or walking alongside someone who is, this seminar offers practical guidance and hope. We will explore:

  1. The Nature of Anxiety: What is actually happening in the mind and body?

  2. Practical Strategies: Tools and tips for managing daily anxiety.

  3. Supportive Care: How to effectively help friends and family members who struggle.
