When we understand how God created us uniquely and on purpose, it makes an awesome difference! How we interact in family relationships, friendships, online, and at school can be transformed. Next Gen Ministries invites kids and their families into these truths as they learn to live out their identity in Jesus.

Each week we strive to engage kids to live out these truths as they grow in their faith:

• Spend Time with God
• Spend Time with Others
• Use Your Gifts
• Share Your Story

While we talk about each of these quite a bit, we will focus on one key area of discipleship each quarter of the year. We want to help each child and family grow in these four spiritual habits. Look for resources and tools throughout the year. 

All kids must register each new school year for programs. Our priority is to provide a safe environment for your child.

Summer Location: Upper Student Center

We desire to help kids love God, love life and love others. This year we are going through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Through the stories of the Bible, kids will see how God works and the love He has for His people. Kids learn about the Bible and what it says. They will learn different Bible stories (Adam and Eve, Moses, David, Jesus, Paul) and how they all fit together in God’s Word. Along the way they will pick up ways to live out their faith—loving one another as God has loved us.

Sunday morning programming uses both a large group and small group model. Small group leaders get to know the kids throughout the year, lead them in activities and lessons and teach them how to pray and care for one another.

Wednesday Nights: AWANA

October 7–May 12, 6:30–8pm

Awana (Sparks/Truth & Training) is a fun approach to making the Bible alive and relevant. Caring, trained leaders invest time, love and wisdom into shaping children’s lives. While kids are having fun together, they’re also learning about Jesus and growing in their faith. They learn Bible verses and spiritual truths, encounter life lessons that feed their soul and participate in activities that are fun and engaging.
