Our desire is to proclaim the glory of God to a watching world. We want to see men discipled through the Word of God and active in their faith by loving people, sharing the gospel and teaching others to observe what Jesus commanded in the Bible.
Scheduled throughout the year
Build friendships through shared interests, fun activities and service. Approximately once a month, these opportunities are designed for men to connect more personally with one another. Invite friends and neighbors. Follow the men's Facebook page to get the latest details.
Men's bible Studies
Wednesdays, 6:30–8pm, Family Center A1
An opportunity for men of all ages to gather for the purpose of following Jesus together in community as we study the book of Mark. This gospel paints an important portrait of Jesus as Israel’s promised Messiah. Mark’s account also makes clear how Jesus’ kingship confounds public expectations by emphasizing his humility, suffering and sacrifice.
Fridays, ongoing, 8am, Sandberg Chapel
This multigenerational group of men digs into studying individual books of the Bible and discussion. Newcomers are welcome. No need to register.
MONDAY MEN & WOMEN'S STUDY
Mondays, September–April, 6:30–8:30pm, Sandberg Chapel
This is an inductive Bible study using Kay Arthur’s Precept Upon Precept material. Delve deeply into the Bible in this class through personal study, lecture and large group discussion. Studies include DVD lecture, approximately five hours of intensive weekly homework and group discussion.
