Disability Awareness Week

Disability Awareness Week

The culture of Disability

We're thankful for every movement our society makes to see the value in those with disabilities. Advancements in accommodations have equipped this valuable part of our population to engage and thrive in everyday life instead of being hidden away. God has  truly blessed our Disability Ministry family. Disability Awareness Week gives us all the opportunity to realize the potential contributions people with special needs have to offer here at NHC and in the community we serve. Explore these ways to connect during Disability Awareness Week:

Disability Awareness Sunday

Sunday, March 17, 8, 9:30 & 11am, Worship Center
We're excited to announce Ginny Owens leading worship as we highlight disability ministry. Ginny's gifts go well beyond being a three-time Dove award recipient with 11 albums. She inspires audiences through life-giving messages and stories while sharing her unique journey in being blind since age 3. This is a great opportunity to invite friends!
