Disabilities
God created all people in His image and every believer is uniquely gifted with abilities to help build up the church body and make a difference in the world. Disability Ministry desires to reflect the heart of Christ for people with disabilities and share the good news of Jesus. This is an inclusive and accessible environment where all individuals can engage with worship, fellowship and spiritual growth.
New Hope Church is equipped for individuals with a variety of disabilities. Entrances to the church and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Adults
Adults with developmental disabilities are invited to take part in these opportunities. All Disability Ministry participants must be accompanied by a personal care attendant. For updates on current programming and weather cancellations, call 763-536-3293.
Friendship Class
Sundays, now–July 28, 10:45–11:45am, Gym
This class uses curriculum specifically designed just for you. Activities include worship, prayer, Bible teaching, connection with others and a snack.
Christian Glory Club
Tuesdays, September–May, 7–8pm, Family Center (lower level)
Come enjoy friendships, music, prayer, spiritual growth, snacks and participate in special activities. Bring your own bottle of water.

Children
Sundays, during children's programming
New Hope Church believes in full inclusion, when possible. We aim to meet kids where they are at with accommodations and trained volunteers. If further support is needed for a child with a disability, staff will work with parents to provide a buddy that can come alongside them, to help them better engage in the Bible lesson and with the group.
Serve
There are a variety of ways to serve individuals with disabilities. All volunteers must complete the NHC application process including a background check and interview with staff. No previous experience is required. Training and support is provided. Learn more.
Donate prizes for Disability Ministry Bible Bingo. Drop off donations labeled “Glory Club Bible Bingo” at the reception desk lobby or at the Care offices. Donating prizes is a tangible way to extend encouragement and care.
