Weddings
New Hope Church rejoices in godly marriages and gladly hosts weddings of church members and regular attenders when possible. Our team has developed a process to help make your wedding a great experience and your marriage a life-long joy. All inquiries about pre-marriage counseling, facilities, officiants, music, receptions and other details begin with contacting the wedding administrator.
Pre-Marriage Counseling
Because we desire a strong biblical marriage for each couple, we require those who want to be married at New Hope Church to go through pre-marriage counseling with a New Hope Church pastor, or they may attend pre-marriage counseling or classes with an approved pastor/organization.
Facility Scheduling
The wedding administrator is the first contact as you inquire about New Hope Church’s availability. They guide you through the planning process and review New Hope Church’s wedding guidelines with you.
Wedding Pastor
There are many pastors at New Hope Church who may be able to officiate your wedding. After a pastor has been secured, he meets with you to get acquainted with you as a couple and offer direction in planning. To have a guest pastor marry you at New Hope Church, contact the wedding administrator for information.
Special Music
Worship Arts Ministries can offer suggestions for music and musicians. They will also confer with guest musicians.
Wedding Reception
Our food services team can help plan a rehearsal dinner or wedding reception that reflects your unique personality as a couple and enhances the celebration of your special day. Ask the wedding administrator for additional information.
Wedding Coordinator
Following your meeting with the wedding administrator and securing a pastor, the administrator assigns a coordinator. The coordinator meets with you a month before your wedding to help finalize wedding day and service plans. The coordinator also conducts the rehearsal and makes sure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
